Summer BBQ season is here! We love to put our entire meal on the grill. I buy these foil wrappers at The Dollar Tree. They are pre-cut perfectly to wrap corn & so many other foods (like sandwiches). Before I wrap my corn in a foil sheet, I add a pat of butter & sprinkle a little of my favorite Montreal Steak grill seasoning. Wrap them up & cook along with your meat. *For longer cooking meats you can add your corn in the last 15 minutes of your grill cooking time. I also brush our steaks, burger etc. with olive oil & use the same grill seasoning – it adds so much flavor!
Same method above with asparagus, just put them on a foil sheet with a drizzle of olive oil & seasoning. So delicious! The options are endless.
Sometimes being on a boat I have limited supplies with me, so I have to improvise. For a cocktail, I love a cosmo to enjoy on the deck. Since I didn’t have cranberry juice, I used the grenadine that I had & WOW, I stumbled upon my new favorite martini~I named “Dirty Shirley” because I used the grenadine in place of the cranberry juice.
