This patio furniture is about 8-9 years old & time has given it a pretty worn & weathered look. New furniture is not in the budget so it’s time for an update and thanks to Rustoleum’s spray paint, this project is a DIY that just about anyone can handle. And, that’s exactly the way we like it!
Thank you to Rustoleum for sponsoring this post. The opinions we share with our readers are always 100% our own.
We are using Rust-Oleum’s Hammered Bronze Spray Paint on the chairs, the table base, flower containers & even sprayed the umbrella poll too.
When working with spray paints, we always spray outdoors. We highly recommend if you give this a try to read & follow the manufacturer’s directions. Spray in a very well ventilated area, use a mask – they come in disposable for the least expensive to more durable respirator style.
We are loving how the patio furniture looks fresh & new again.
This is all with only one coat. The hammer finish is light so if you want it stronger, it would probably need a 2nd coat.
Spray painting the patio furniture came out so beautiful, it only made sense to update the plant containers too. Look how gorgeous they came out!
