Easy Smores Party

You dont need a big backyard or a fancy fire pit to have an Easy Smores Party!

As a matter of fact, you don’t even need to be outdoors. You can have an indoor Smores Party.

Items Needed:

• Marshmallows
• Graham Crackers
• Chocolate Bars
• Smores long wood sticks or our favorite, Smores Retractable Sticks
• Ethanol Gel Sterno Cans
• Trays to hold your fixins’ & sterno cans
• Dollar Store Decorative Rocks

There’s a difference between the types of sterno cans and we want to stress that not all sterno cans are safe to use when heating food directly to the exposed heat. The kinds that are safe, for direct use to your food, are “ethanol gel sterno cans”. For more thorough information please read sterno’s article. They explain how only ethanol gel is safe & non toxic. Other sterno cans have methanol. They are awesome & safe for heating food in chafing pans but if heated on the food directly, like marshmallows, it can leave toxic residue.

We love using our Galvanized Metal Trays! Did you see our recent post Clearance Sale Tray Update? We share how we found these on clearance  & tweaked the design.. check it out asap. For our Smores Party, we are using one tray to hold smores’ fixins and the other for the sterno cans. The rocks are a decorative symbol of a firepit but also help keep the stereos in place since they do get HOT!
