We wanted a very casual relaxed Easter brunch. The girls colored eggs with the initial of each of the guests that would be sitting around our table. Inexpensive small pots of hydrangeas from the grocery store. Our traditional foods were served, the overnight egg souffle bake, spiral ham, fruit, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. Nicki made some cute peep cake pops and of course our traditional hummingbird cake!
