We had zero intentions of being "food bloggers" but we have some favorite family recipes & time saving meal ideas that we love to share with you. Actually, the majority of recipes are from Carol because she is an AMAZING cook. Randi's recipes are much more simple or simply put: FAST & EASY (exceptions are the holidays). Here's an example to best describe- Carol comes to Randi's house & lunch is a plain salad with oven baked chicken tenders (from the freezer), Randi goes to Carol's house & Carol makes a salad with all the amazing toppings, serves home made soup or a cheese & salami board & then says "a little something I threw together" (need I tell you, which house we work out of most?! LOL!!)
