Our kind of “Fast Food”! When you don’t have time, try our 30 minute Minestrone Soup!
We are year round soup lovers! During the colder months of winter, soup is at the top of our dinner favorites. If we don’t have time to cook from scratch, we depend on a little “help” from dry soup mixes like this one by Bear Creek. You can prepare the soup per the directions on the package but we like to add a few personal “homemade” touches to our soup…
We first sauté Italian sausage & a few assorted vegetables. These veggies vary per what’s in the fridge: celery, carrots, zucchini, cabbage. Next we add 8 cups of water & cook per the directions on the package directions. Serve with some grated parmesan cheese on top. So easy and tastes fantastic.
Do you have a twist to dry soup mix to help make it your own? Let us know so we can give it a try too.
We have more soup favorites! Try our Fast Food Wonton Soup, Easy Taco Soup, Hearty Chicken Noodle Matzah Ball Soup, and our Home Cooking Beef Stew. Sure hope you give them all a try!
