Easy to make & absolutely beautiful.. come see how to make an Anthropologie knock off dream catcher wall art!
We love the high end stores but sure don’t like those high end prices. The original can be found at Anthrologie for $98!! Here, we have a DIY (do it yourself) knock off version that costs a whole lot less AND we love more than the original. Even if you don’t consider yourself crafty, this is so easy & flexible, just about anyone can handle this project.
Supplies Needed:
Step 1: Cut yarn into 3 different sizes: 10 inches for the middle, 9 inches for the inside edges & 7 to 8 inches for the outer edges. Loop the yard through the outside of the larger golden ring until you have filled the bottom half the ring to the desired length & thickness. Pull apart the bottom of each of the pieces of yarn to give a frayed look.
Step 2: Cut 8 feet of the hemp cord. Wrap the cord tightly around the top of the two gold rings to hold them together. Loop the cord back through the center of the ring and pull through to create a look for hanging.
Step 3: Add beading to the look as desired – you can do any shape and color that you wish!
Step 4: Hang and enjoy!
We hung this above the crib in Carol’s granddaughter’s nursery for a boho chic look.
